EARNINGS YIELD/EARNINGS-PRICE RATIO

Гипоте тический показатель, выражающий отношение дохода на акцию (см. Earnings per share), полученного за данный отчетный период, к текущей рыночной цене акции. Например, если прибыль компании после уплаты налогов составляет Ј1 в расчете на одну акцию, а рыночная цена акции - Ј10, тогда отношение дохода на акцию к ее рыночной цене равняется 10%. Доходность акций зависит от дивидендного дохода (см. Dividend yield) и дивидендного покрытия (см. Dividend cover ratio). Например, если дивидендный доход составляет 5%, а коэффициент дивидендного покрытия равняется двум, тогда доход рассчитывается как 5% x 2 = 10%. Противоположным показателем является отношение цены к доходу на акцию (см. Price-earnings ratio). Этот показатель свидетельствует о степени привлекательности акций компании.
